If your phone has been lost/stolen or you have a new device, you will need to reset your MFA app.
If you are getting a new phone and you have access to both the old and the new devices, you can transfer your MFA app from one device to another. The process is straightforward but you can contact DTS for further advice and/or help.
If your phone has been lost/stolen, you will need to contact DTS to activate the MFA app on your new phone.
To contact DTS if you are in campus, you can go to the Tech Centre in the Library. If you are working remotely, you can email Tech Support, attaching two forms of ID (staff card and passport or driving license).
Have a look at this page for some further information on how to get in touch with DTS.
