Setting up your LSE email on your device

Microsoft Outlook app

If you are using an Apple device, you can dowload the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple Store and go through the steps of adding an account. The process is straightforward, please note that you will need to verify your identity through Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA).

Mail app

You can also set up the Mail app on an iPhone or iPad to connect to your LSE email. You will need to go to the Settings on your device and select Mail.

From the Mail panel select Accounts and follow the steps to add your LSE email account (From the options that appear select Microsoft Exchange). Similarly, you will need to verify your identity through Multiple Factor Authentication (MFA).

Android phone app

If you are using an Android phone, from the Settings you click on Accounts, and then Add Account. From the Add Account screen click on Microsoft Exchange Activesync and follow the required steps.
