Access your H: space and U: space remotely
Here we provide information and instructions on how to access applications, networked user spaces and restricted websites when working outside the LSE network.
LSE's remote desktop service can be used to access applications, data (e.g. H: space, M: space, U: space) and restricted websites (like MyView) when working remotely.
This might be a simpler way than connecting via VPN.
Connecting to the LSE remote desktop
However we understand users may at times need to manually map to their LSE networked user spaces (H: space or U: space) directly onto their home computers, and we have provided simple instructions on how to do so below:
Connecting to LSE VPN
If you need to access to your H: space or U: space directly on your home computer you will need to connect to VPN. See below for instructions.
Please note that the VPN installation instructions are not necessary on new machines using the LSE Device Management Services.
